Custom Artwork & Jewelry Ordering Policy

Devil’s Luck Studio is honored to create one-of-a-kind artwork and jewelry tailored to each client. To ensure clarity and fairness, the following policy governs all custom orders. By submitting a request, you agree to the terms outlined below.

🔹 Order Requests

  • Custom Nature: Each custom piece is designed exclusively for the client and is not eligible for resale.
  • How to Submit: Requests may be submitted via our Custom Order Form or by contacting us directly.
  • Review & Acceptance: Submitting a request does not guarantee acceptance. We carefully review each request to ensure it aligns with our design capabilities, materials, and brand values.
  • Right of Refusal: We reserve the right to decline or cancel a custom request at any stage if:
  • The design is not feasible with available materials or techniques.
  • The request conflicts with our artistic or ethical standards.
  • The client does not comply with payment or communication requirements.

🔹 Order Process

  1. Consultation & Design
  • Once your request is received, we will contact you to discuss your vision, budget, and timeline.
  • We collaborate with you to refine a design concept. Preliminary sketches or digital mockups may be provided.
  1. Approval & Deposit
  • After you approve the design, an invoice will be issued.
  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before work begins. This deposit covers design time, materials, and initial labor.
  1. Production & Balance Payment
  • Work begins once the deposit is received.
  • Any client-requested changes after production has started may result in additional fees and extended timelines.
  • Upon completion, you will receive photos of your finished piece along with an invoice for the remaining balance.
  • Orders will not ship until the final payment has cleared into the Devil’s Luck Studio account.
  1. Shipping & Delivery
  • All shipments are insured and tracked for your peace of mind.
  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

🔹 Intellectual Property

  • All designs, sketches, and artwork created during the custom process remain the intellectual property of Devil’s Luck Studio under copyright law.
  • Devil’s Luck Studio retains the right to:
  • Photograph and showcase custom pieces on our website, portfolio, and promotional materials.
  • Reuse design elements in future collections, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Clients may not reproduce, replicate, or resell Devil’s Luck Studio designs without prior written consent.

🔹 Limited Warranty & Care

  • Craftsmanship Guarantee: We stand behind the quality of our work. Custom jewelry is covered by a 30-day limited warranty against defects in craftsmanship.
  • Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper care, or normal wear and tear.
  • Repairs: If an issue arises within the warranty period, please contact us immediately. We will assess the piece and, if applicable, repair it at no additional cost.
  • Aftercare: We encourage clients to follow our Jewelry Care Guide (provided upon purchase) to extend the life of their piece.

🔹 Returns & Cancellations

  • No Returns: Because each piece is custom-made, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
  • Cancellations: If a client cancels after work has begun, the deposit is forfeited. Additional costs may apply if significant progress has been made.
  • Client Satisfaction: While returns are not possible, we are committed to ensuring you are happy with your piece. Please reach out with any concerns, and we will work with you to find a solution.
