This policy outlines our shipping methods, timelines, and responsibilities. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined here and in our Terms and Conditions.

 

General Shipping Information

  • We ship worldwide from Canada using Canada Post and trusted courier partners.
  • All orders include tracking; untracked shipping is not available.
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and package size.
  • Expedited or insured shipping is available upon request. Please contact us before placing your order.
  • Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes.

Packaging & Handling

  • Artwork and Jewelry is shipped in protective wrapping and sturdy boxes to ensure safe transit.
  • For large or high-value pieces, we may require special courier services and insurance.

 

Delivery & Tracking

  • Tracking numbers will be sent via email after your order has shipped, provided that the tracking option was purchased at checkout.
  • For U.S. orders, Canada Post tracking transfers to USPS after customs clearance.
  • Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by customs inspections or local postal delays.

 

Customs & Duties

  • International customers are responsible for customs duties, VAT, and import fees.
  • We cannot mark packages as “gifts” or undervalue items.

Processing Times

  • Ready-to-ship jewelry: 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Custom jewelry orders: Timelines can vary depending on the complexity of your design. Once you’ve commissioned us, we’ll provide you with a clear estimate after the design is finalized and we’re ready to move into the build stage.

 

Insurance & Security

  • All jewelry shipments are insured for their full value.
  • A signature upon delivery may be required for high-value orders.
  • If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos.

Processing Times

  • Pre-made artwork: Ships within 1–2 business days.
  • Custom artwork commissions: Timelines can vary depending on the complexity of your design. Once you’ve commissioned us, we’ll provide you with a clear estimate after the design is finalized and we’re ready to move into the build stage.

 

Address Accuracy & Failed Deliveries

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, a re-shipping fee will apply:
  • CAD $10 for Canada/USA
  • CAD $20 for international orders

 

Lost or Delayed Packages

  • Devil’s Luck Studio / Devil’s Luck Jewelry is not liable for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
  • If your package is lost in transit, we will assist in filing an investigation with the carrier.
  • Shipping insurance is strongly recommended for high-value orders.

 

International Orders

  • Customs clearance may cause delays beyond our control.
  • The recipient is considered the importer of record and must comply with all import regulations.

 

Best Practices & Recommendations

  • Place orders well in advance if needed for a specific date.
  • Select insured shipping for valuable items.
  • Inspect packages upon delivery and report issues immediately.
