Because of the unique nature of our work, our policies are designed to balance fairness with the realities of custom craftsmanship. By purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms, which are consistent with our Terms and Conditions.

 

General Principles

  • All items are individually handmade, meaning slight variations in design, texture, or finish are natural and not considered defects.
  • Colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings and lighting.
  • Metals naturally oxidize over time; this is a normal process, not a flaw.
  • Customers are responsible for proper care and handling of their items.

 

Devil’s Luck Jewelry – Jewelry Orders

 

Limited Warranty & Eligibility

  • Defective workmanship may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Unworn, non-custom jewelry may be returned or exchanged within 5 days of delivery.
  • Items must be in original condition and packaging. Worn, altered, or damaged items are not eligible.

 

Cancellations

  • Pre-made jewelry: Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of payment without penalty. After 24 hours, a 20% restocking fee applies.
  • Custom jewelry: Once production has begun, cancellations are not permitted.

 

Exchanges

  • Custom jewelry is final sale and cannot be exchanged.
  • Pre-made jewelry may be exchanged within the 5-day return window if unworn and in original condition.

 

Final Sale Items

  • Discounted, promotional, or “less than perfect” items are final sale and non-refundable.

 

Returns Process

  • Notify us within 5 days of receiving your order.
  • Ship the item back within 5 days of approval, using trackable and insured shipping.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Refunds may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • Processing times depend on your payment provider (typically 5–10 business days).

 

Devil’s Luck Studio – Custom Artwork Orders

 

Eligibility

  • All custom artwork is final sale due to its personalized nature.
  • Returns are only accepted in cases of defective workmanship reported within 14 days of delivery.

 

Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of payment.
  • After 24 hours, once design or production has begun, cancellations are not permitted.

 

Exchanges & Adjustments

  • Custom artwork cannot be exchanged.
  • Minor adjustments may be considered on a case-by-case basis, but additional fees may apply.

 

Refunds

  • Refunds are only issued if the artwork is deemed defective by our team.
  • Customers must provide photos and order details when requesting a refund.

 

Shipping & Liability

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and ensuring proper packaging.
  • Devil’s Luck Studio / Jewelry is not liable for lost, delayed, or damaged returns due to improper packaging or untracked shipping.
  • Any customs, brokerage, or re-import fees will be deducted from refunds.

 

Customer Responsibility

  • Customers must ensure compatibility with listed metals to avoid allergic reactions.
  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper care is not covered.
  • Gift cards are non-refundable.
