Refunds and Return Policy

Devil’s Luck Studio reserves the right to make amendments to this policy at any time. Notification of any changes will be published on this page.



All of our products are individually hand-made as such it should be expected that there will be slight variations in how pieces are put together. Hand crafted jewelry will not have the uniform look of mass-produced pieces. You can be certain that we use our skills to craft quality jewelry.

While we have tried to accurately display the colours of our products, the colours you see will depend on your monitor and there may be some difference.

Metals oxidize when exposed to air, natural oils and chemicals. Oxidization (discoloration of the metal surface) is not a defect in materials or in the crafting process.


Limited Warranty

We strive to produce well-made jewelry that you can enjoy for a long time. We also encourage you to take care of your jewelry. We accept the return of products with defective craftmanship up to 14 days after you received your product. We will accept the return of unworn products up to 5 days after you received your product – this does not include custom-made/personalized items. Custom and personalized items are made just for you and therefore cannot be returned.

If you have a problem with your product, contact us immediately. Your return will be deemed ineligible for refund if the product is damaged, used, worn, or altered in anyway. Any return requests submitted after the given grace period will be assessed on a case by case basis


Cancelling an order

Pre-made jewelry: you can cancel your order without penalty within the first 24 hours of submitting payment. After 24 hours, a 20% restocking fee may be charged. If your item has already been shipped, your order will be considered a return.

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. Please reference your order number.



Custom and personalized items are made just for you and therefore cannot be exchanged.


Discounted Items

Occasionally, we may offer “less than perfect” pieces for purchase at a discounted price. Discounted items are considered final sale and are non-refundable. However, we would never offer products that are unwearable.



Only pre-made items are eligible for returns.  Custom and personalized items are made just for you and therefore cannot be returned.

To be eligible for a refund on your return, you must notify Devil’s Luck Studio within 5 days of receiving your product. The item must be returned in its original packaging within 5 days of receiving of receiving your product. Custom and personalized items are made just for you and therefore cannot be returned.

Do not send loose jewelry in envelopes. Any damage caused during return shipping due to improperly re-packing your return may result in denial of refund. Returns that are worn, soiled, missing parts or altered are ineligible for a refund.


Shipping Returns

Any fees incurred upon Devil’s Luck Studio as a result of accepting returned packages will be subtracted from the refund amount, this may include any customs re-import fees, brokerage fees and taxes.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping is non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it take for us to receive your return will vary.

Use trackable shipping or purchase shipping insurance otherwise we have no proof of return shipment and cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Please keep proof of shipment until you have received confirmation of your refund.



Once your return (for pre-made items only) is received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know we received your item and whether the refund is approved or rejected. Custom and personalized items are made just for you and therefore cannot be returned for a refund. Refunds on returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. We will send email notification of your refund once it has been issued.

Devil’s Luck Studio is not responsible for any returns that are lost, damaged or sent to the wrong address. Please be sure to: use tracked shipping and check that all address information is correct before sending.


Late or Missing Refund

If you haven’t received a refund yet, check the payment platform you used as there is usually some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have any concerns regarding your refund please contact us.



The wearer is responsible for correct use of our products. Misuse, improper care, or improper wearing/usage of purchased products will negate any claim.

Metal allergies: we make every effort to provide, in our descriptions, the types of metal used in our products. It is the customer’s responsibility to understand that we cannot anticipate if the wearer has metal allergies or sensitivities. We make every effort to use high grade metals that tend to be more wearer friendly. As part of this, we DO NOT offer white gold and rose gold products.
